Narcotics worth Rs 65 crores recovered from two terrorist in J&K

<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir,  Narcotics worth Rs 65 crores were recovered from two terrorist associates along with arms and ammunition in Kralpora area of north-Kashmir's Kupwara district today. <br />''<br />''SSP Kupwara, Ram Ambarkar while addressing the media in Kupwara today said that acting on a credible input regarding a narco-smuggling module, a joint operation was executed by Kupwara police and Army's 17 RR during which two persons carrying narcotics and  arms and ammunition were arrested. Narcotics weighing approximately 13.5 kgs worth Rs 65 Crores were recovered from their possession. Besides narcotics, arms and ammunition were also recovered from them. <br />''<br />''Police said that the duo were working in close tandem with PAK-based terrorist handlers and were involved in drug trade and supply of weapons to terrorists in Kashmir Valley. The police have  registered FIR and further investigations have been initiated in this regard.</span><br />
