Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan today emphasised the need to have peace and stability in the state for the development to pick up momentum. In a message to people of the state after taking charge for the second consecutive term, Governor stressed on achieving greater progress and ensuring the fruits of development reach people equitably.Earlier, Narasimhan took oath as Governor of the state for the second consecutive term at a ceremonial programme held on the lawns of the RajaBhavan in Hyderabad . State High Court Chief Justice Madan B Lokur has administered the oath of office on him.
