Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has slammed the smearing of black paint on the face of Sudhendra Kulkari, the Chairman of Observer and Research Foundation. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr. Naqvi said everyone has the right to agree or disagree in a democracy, but this type of protest is not justified. He said such act is against the very core of country's democratic values. <br/><br/>He said countering terror activities emanating from Pakistan in such a fashion is not correct. Mr. Naqvi said India is giving a befitting reply to Pakistan on various fora. Sudhendra Kulkarni was smeared with black paint this morning by Shiv Sena activists ahead of former Pakistan foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri's book launch event in Mumbai today.
