Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today charged Congress and other opposition parties for disrupting Parliament on demonetisation issue. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Naqvi said the opposition does not have any issue to counter the government. <br/><br/>He said the nation is with the Prime Minister on demonetisation of high value currency notes and only black money hoarders are upset. <br/><br/>The Minister appealed to them to participate in the discussion on the issue in Parliament instead of disrupting its proceedings
