Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today wondered why the Congress is afraid of the court case on the National Herald issue if it has not done anything wrong.<br/><br/>Mr Naqvi told reporters in parliament premises that Congress should introspect its stand on stalling the Parliamentary proceedings. Seeking opposition's cooperation, he said the government wants to push through important bills to ensure country's developmental agenda.
