The Chief Justice of India Mr. K G Balakrishnan says, the names of four judges barring that of Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court P D Dinakaran will be processed for elevation to the Supreme Court. Speaking to reporters at the side lines of a function in New Delhi he said that the name of Justice Dinakaran has not been dropped as yet and deliberations are still going on.<br/><br/>Those who are being elevated are Justice A K Patnayak, chief justice of Madhya Pradesh High court, Justice Tirath Singh Thakur, chief justice of Punjab and Haryana High court, Justice K S Radhakrishna, chief justice of Gujarat High Court and Justice S S Nijjar, chief justice of Calcutta High Court.
