<span style="color: #222222;">National Aluminum Company (NALCO) and Coal India subsidiary Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) have decided to fund two dedicated COVID-19 hospitals in Odisha.<br />'' <br />'' The two hospitals were inaugurated today by Union Minister of Petroleum &amp; Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Minister of Coal &amp; Mines Pralhad Joshi along with Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik through Video Conferencing.<br />'' <br />'' Lauding the support of PSUs of Coal and Mines Ministries, Mr. Joshi said, these hospitals with all Covid related facilities will be of great help to the people of Odisha. NALCO will fully fund a 200-bedded hospital set up at Nabarangpur district of Odisha whereas MCL will fund the 150-bedded hospital started at Talcher in Angul district of the state.<br />'' <br />''<br />''Mr. Joshi also said that the Centre has already issued guidelines to allow state governments to utilize up to 30 percent of the balance fund available with District Mineral Fund to combat COVID-19. He asserted that this will help the mineral rich states like Odisha in fighting with the pandemic.</span><br />
