Dr. Najma A. Heptulla was sworn-in as Governor of Manipur this morning at the Raj Bhavan in state capital Imphal. Dr. Heptulla was administered oath of office by Acting Chief Justice of Manipur High Court Rakesh Ranjan Prasad. <br/><br/>State Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh, his ministerial colleagues, MPs and MLAs of the state, senior civil and police officials of the state administration, BJP Manipur Pradesh President KSH Bhabananda were present at the swearing-in ceremony.<br/> <br/>Interacting with media persons after the swearing-in ceremony, the new Governor of the state said that her first priority is work with the people of Manipur.
