Union Minister for Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu has condemned Mumbai ink-throwing on Kulkarni, Dadri lynching and Kalburgi murder incidents saying that it is black spot on secular values of our country. Talking to media persons in Jaipur today, he said respective state governments should initiate action against the culprits. Mr. Naidu said no political colour should be given to such incidents.
