Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has charged the Congress with misusing Parliament as a forum to defame the government. Mr Naidu told reporters this afternoon outside Parliament that the opposition unnecessarily raising the issues related to the State governments even without the permission of the Lok Sabha Speaker.<br/><br/>The Minister said, there cannot be two sets of rules for Congress Parliamentarians. On demand of dismissal of Punjab government over alleged incidents of killing and atrocities against dalits, Mr Naidu said, there have been many incidents in Congress-ruled States where no action was taken.
