Nagaland: Y Patton to hold post of Deputy CM of State

<span style="color: #222222;">In Nagaland, Y Patton has been re-elected as the Leader of BJP Legislature party and he will hold the post of Deputy Chief Minister of the State. Talking to some section of media persons at Kohima, BJP National Spokesperson and Nagaland in-charge, Nalin Kohli said the central observer Ranjit Kumar  Das who is the Minister of Assam held a marathon meeting with all the elected BJP MLAs, where Y Patton was unanimously elected as Leader of the BJP legislature party. He added that State BJP President Temjen Imna Along proposed the name of Patton and the two senior legislators Jacob Zhimomi and Paiwang Konyak seconded.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Mr. Kohli said, the BJP Legislature party has written a letter of support for the NDPP, which will hand over the support letter to NDPP leader Neiphiu Rio to form the next government in Nagaland. He also refuted all speculations of forging an alliance with another party,  adding that there is only one alliance in Nagaland which is NDPP- BJP and they fought together with 40 seats for the globe and 20 seats for the Saffron party.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The BJP National Spokesperson said the people of Nagaland have elected them for peace and development. He added that the people have desire to see that the work must continue as the double engine government with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the centre and NDPP leader Neiphiu Rio leading in Nagaland.</span><br />
