<span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved an amount of 17.20 crore rupees as the second installment of the Central share of the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF). The amount is to be released in advance to Nagaland for this financial year for undertaking relief measures in the wake of floods and landslides during the monsoon season.<br />''<br />''The Home Ministry said, it is always the effort of the government led by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide help to States and Union Territories affected by natural calamities in an expeditious manner. The Ministry said, the Central Government has already released an amount of 8 thousand 764 crore rupees as the first installment of the Central share of SDRF to 24 States during the current financial year. In view of the severe floods and landslides in various States, more than 827 crore rupees has also been released as the second installment.</span><br />
