He said that the BJP never kept their promises. He said that Congress is the only party which is fighting for the constitution and democracy. AIR Correspondent reports that all the contesting candidates are trying to woo the voters in the State. Polling for the 59 seats will be held on the 27th of this month. The ruling   NDPP is contesting the election on 40 seats while its partner the BJP has fielded candidates on 20 seats. The Congress has given tickets to 23 candidates, while the National People's Front is contesting 22 seats.<br />''<br />''Other parties including RJD, Ram Vilas faction of LJP, NPP, and NCP are also in the fray. There are also 19 independent candidates in the contest.
