Nagaland's capital Kohima has finally got its first two Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) under Kohima Smart City Project. With these two MLCP, the people of Kohima will have a respite from parking issues. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs and Petroleum &amp; Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri inaugurated the multi level car parking cum Bus station located at old NST station in main town Kohima.<br />'' <br />'' Speaking at the programme, Puri said Northeast and Nagaland occupy the very special place in the heart of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.&nbsp; He said Northeast is a very high priority and Nagaland is in the highest priority. The Union Minister said, all the &nbsp;Prime Minister's schemes are for women centric development.<br />'' <br />'' The Minister also exuded hope that the country will see our women and daughters joining in the political process, adding that those countries having such kind of women reservation, their GDP goes up.<br />'' <br />'' Union Minister Puri further hoped that the women and sisters from the Northeast will take advantage of the women reservation when it&nbsp;become operational after the next census and delimitation. Earlier in the morning, Nagaland Governor La Ganesan inaugurated the Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP), located at P.R Hill Kohima. The Governor expressed his happiness for the new MLCP facilities under smart city schemes in Kohima city.<br />'' <br />'' The Governor urged upon the gathering to stand collectively, taking a significant stride towards restoring order, alleviating parking troubles, and heralding a new era of urban modernity.<br />'' <br />'' Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio said, the State has achieved another landmark and called upon the stakeholders to be more responsible to use and maintain the parking facilities with better civic sense.
