<span style="color: #222222;">To prevent and combat the surge of COVID-19 in the state, Nagaland Government has issued fresh consolidated guidelines to be implemented throughout the State with effect from tomorrow till 13th of May. The consolidated guidelines stated that summer break for all the schools and colleges declared with effect from the date of issue of this order until further notice. All coaching, vocational institutions, student hostels will remain closed. However, online or distance learning will continue to be permitted and encouraged. All cinema halls, swimming pools, gymnasiums, entertainment parks, auditoriums, theatres, assembly halls, sports complexes and stadiums, and similar places will also be closed including public places like parks, museums, libraries, re-creation centres.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Social, political, sports, entertainment, academic, cultural, religious functions and other large congregations as well as religious places or place of workshop has been  permitted outside the containment zones, but with not be more than 30 percent of the capacity or 100 persons, whichever is lower, subject to strict adherence to all provisions of the SOP.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Shopping Malls, hotels, lodges, restaurants, barber shops, salons will continue to open outside the containment zones subject to strict adherence to the SOPs. In addition, Private Banks, ATMs, Pharmacies, Medical Clinics, Nursing Homes, Private Telecom Services, Internet Service Providers, Media Houses, LPG, Petroleum outlets will also continue to open or function as per the existing arrangements. All other kinds of private offices and establishments will function subject to 50 per cent attendance on any day.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The consolidated guidelines also stated that the District Task Force can take suitable decisions as per the local situations to further reduce the maximum allowable capacities of the said restrictions.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The State Government has also allowed the entry of any inbound travellers or returnees to the state by Train, Air or Road through designated entry points. However all travelers have to produce a negative RT- PCR, TrueNat, CBNAAT test report for COVID-19 with the test done not earlier than 72 hours prior to entry into the State. Further, traveller or returnee will require filling up the 'Self Declaration Form' which will be available on <a href="http://covid19.nagaland.gov.in/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #1155cc;">covid19.nagaland.gov.in</span></a>.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, resident of any North East States other than Nagaland, arriving in the state by road, air, train, and is a transit passenger, he or she should fill in a self declaration form as a transit passenger, and proceed to his or her destination State directly from the point of entry strictly following COVID-19 appropriate behaviour and without halting in Nagaland, and further he/she should strictly adhere to the testing guidelines of the destination States.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Intra and inter district movement of private and passenger vehicles of every category have been permitted across the State subject to 50 per cent of the total occupancy.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Besides, the international border of the state with Myanmar will continue to remain sealed. </span><br />''  <br />
