Nagaland Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Justice and Law C.M. Chang passed away today at Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima. He was 77. State Health officials confirmed that Chang died of COVID-19.  He was the sitting MLA of NDPP from 51-Noksen Assembly Constituency.<br />'' <br />''Nagaland Governor R. N.
