However, it should not be the responsibility of the Municipal alone but every citizen has to work collectively to achieve the goal He cited a lack of civic sense among the populace and reminded the citizens to inculcate civic sense so that it prevails naturally in the society. Mr. Longkumer called upon the Dimapurians to live responsibly and change their way of living to make Dimapur the best place to live.<br />''<br />''DMC, Administrator W Manpai Phom informed that the drive for door-to-door collection of segregated waste has been launched as a pilot project from Dimapur Ward No. 11 comprising Riverbelt colony and Duncan Bosti. He said if the project is successful DMC plans to include all remaining wards in the near future. He believed that with the cooperation of the citizens, Dimapur could be converted into a zero-waste and garbage-free city.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Four customized small vehicles will travel inside the colony/ wards to collect segregated wastes without having to face any traffic regulations.</span><br />
