Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom, tweeted this morning that 25 new cases of COVID-19 positive have been reported and the state's tally of confirmed cases has gone up to 412. While, 248 are active cases and 164 people have recovered. </span><br />
