In Nagaland, the Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio today officially launched the RTI Week 2012, in Kohima. Addressing the gathering of State High Officials and others, Rio remarked RTI is a tool checking corruption, thereby promoting good governance and delivering goods to the people. He maintained that the citizens have to be responsible to fully implement the RTI Act.
