With the rest of the world Nagaland today celebrated international day of older person with the theme, Security for Senior Citizen. In the State capital, over hundred older persons ranging from 65 years to 98 congregated to participate in the walkathon and attended a grand meeting marking the occasion. Meanwhile, State level distinguished senior citizens awards was given to 78 year old H.S. Rotokha and 94 year old Neichulieu Nikki Haralu, the first Naga to join the Indian Foreign Services as a career diplomat.
