In Nagaland, counting of votes for 26-Aonglenden Assembly Constituency by-election will be held at Mokokchung town hall on Friday from 8:00 am onward. All arrangements have been made and security beefed up in and around all areas under the Aonglenden Assembly Constituency to thwart any violent incident during the counting. Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer, Lithrongla G. Chishi issued an order restricting entry into counting hall on the occasion, except for persons authorized by Election commission and public servants on duty in connection with the counting.
