Goa's former tourism minister Micky alias Fransisco Pacheco who had gone underground after his friend Nadia Torrado's suspicious death surrendered before the sessions court in Margaon today. While surrendering he filed an application for bail.Hearing on his bail plea is presently on at the sessions court.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Pacheco’s OSD Lyndon Monteiro who is also one of the accused in the case appeared before the Crime Branch today.
