Narsingh Yadav's participation in Rio Olympics will be known today after National Anti-Doping Agency's disciplinary committee pronounces its verdict. The panel adjourned its hearing on the dope scandal surrounding the wrestler yesterday. Meanwhile, it is learnt that Narsingh has also failed the second test done on both his 'A' and 'B' samples taken on July 5. He is already under provisional suspension for failing a dope test on June 25. Sports Minister Vijay Goel has said that the government will abide by international rules while deciding Narsingh's trip to Rio in the aftermath of the controversy.
