In Madhya Pradesh, a team of National Anti Doping Agency (NADA) today raided Sports Authority of India (SAI) centre in Bhopal. The raid has been on since morning. The regional director of SAI Bhopal R K Naidu confirmed to our Bhopal correspondent that a team of NADA has arrived in the centre and is collecting samples. Bhopal ‘s SAI centre is the third sports centre after SAI Bangalore and National institute of Sports Patiala , which is raided by NADA after a string of doping cases that hit Indian sports earlier this month. Eight Indian track and field athletes have been tested positive for banned anabolic steroids.
