Law Minister Virappa Moily has said that the National Advisory Council's recommendations on land acquisition will certainly be included in the Land Acquisition Bill to be introduced in Monsoon session of Parliament. Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Monday, Mr Moily said, once it becomes an Act, it wil take care of the aspirations of land losing people in the country.In a letter to the government, the National Advisory Council chaired by Congress President Sonia Gandhi has suggested a checklist of seven parameters which includes provisions for rehabilitation package that is sensitive to the aspirations of the affected people.
