National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development – NABARD- has sanctioned a loan of Rs. 53 crore to Government of Goa under the Rural Infrastructure Fund.The assistance is being provided for construction of three rural bridges.The major bridge at a cost of Rs. 60 crore will come up at Gaundali in Cumbharjua, North Goa District. The 400 metre bridge will provide connectivity between Gaundali and Cumbharjua.The other two bridges are in South Goa District.
