In Madhya Pradesh, Central Cooperative Bank of Balaghat district has been bestowed with NABARD’s National Award-2012 for promoting mobile banking in Maoism-affected areas. Our correspondent reports that a total of 1400 entries had been received for the award from private, public and cooperative sectors of which 12 entries were selected for the award.
