NR Congress Leader, N. Rangasamy will be sworn-in as Chief Minister of Puducherry today. Lt. Governor Iqbal Singh will administer the oath of office and secrecy to him at 3.30 P.M. Raj Nivas sources said, other ministers will sworn-in at a later date. Mr. Rangasamy met the Lt. Governor and staked his claim to form a new government after he was elected leader of NR Congress Legislature Party yesterday. In the recently held Assembly Elections, the N.R. Congress bagged 15 seats in the 30 Member Assembly. The lone independent has also extended the support to NR Congress.
