North Korean and US military representatives will meet tomorrow at the border truce village of Panmunjom to discuss the sinking of a South Korean warship. <br/><br/>The US-led United Nations Command said, the colonel-level talks will discuss arrangements for talks at general-level on the incident, which sent tensions sharply higher in the region. <br/><br/>South Korea, the United States and other nations accuse the North of torpedoing the warship in March with the loss of 46 lives, a charge it denies. <br/><br/>The North previously refused talks with the US military on the issue but shifted its stance on Friday to propose the meeting.
