Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama, now on a visit to Japan said his planned visit to Arunachal Pradesh was solely for teaching. He criticised China for opposing his visit and said it reflects a "negative attitude" of Beijing. He said he was surprised at China's criticism. Dalai Lama plans to visit Arunachal Pradesh on the 8th of next month.
