The Maharashtra Navanirman Sena(MNS) chief Raj Thackeray today said that the media has interpreted his statement against people from Bihar in an incorrect manner. Speaking at a Party meet in Mumbai today Thackeray clarified his stand taken against Biharis.

He also warned the Hindi news channels that they first need to understand clearly what he said and if they don’t understand they should ask clarification before interpreting it in an incorrect manner.

He said that while in States like Kerala where every immigrant is registered, the same model needs to adopted in Maharashtra. Reiterating the importance of state security Raj said that he is firm on his stand to prevent the inflow of anti -social elements from various northern states.
