The former military ruler of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf says he is forming a new political party as part of an attempted come back in the next general election due in 2013. Speaking to newsmen in London where he now lives, the Retired General said he will be standing for a seat in the next parliament and hope to become Prime Minister or President. Mr. Musharraf said Pakistan was experiencing a complete break down in national-self confidence and stressed that his country needs his help to create a new democracy.
