Former India left-arm spinner, Murali Kartik has announced his retirement today from all forms of cricket . Kartik, 37, played eight Tests, 37 ODIs and one Twenty20 international for India. Kartik started his first-class career in 1996. and made his debut test match against South Africa in Mumbai. He played his first ODI against Australia in Mumbai, where he claimed 6 wickets for 27 runs. He played total 203 first-class games and took 644 wickets at an average of 26.70.
