Mumbaikars today mourned the first anniversary of Mumbai’s triple blasts that claimed 27 lives and left over 100 wounded on 13th July last year. With simple memorial services observed at the blast site in Zaveri Bazaar, people remembered and paid homage to the lives lost in the brutal attack.Many changes have since come to stay at the sites where blasts had taken place. CCTV cameras have been installed at various locations in Zaveri Bazaar and Opera House and security has been tightened including at the nearby famous Mumbadevi temple, which is visited by thousands of devotees every day.AIR Correspondent reports, the trial in this case is yet to begin. Police have arrested five accused while six others including alleged masterminds, Riyaz Bhatkal and Yasin Bhatkal, are still absconding.
