Mumbai youth arrested on return after fighting on behalf of ISIS, sent to NIA custody till 8th Dec

A special court today remanded alleged ISIS recruit, Arif Majeed and sent him to the National Investigation Agency's custody till the 8th of next month. The NIA told the court that it wants to unearth the entire conspiracy from Majeed's recruitment to the ISIS and the role played by him in the war for establishment of an Islamic state.

A case under sections of Unlawful Assembly Prevention Act and section 125 of IPC which deals with waging war against any Asiatic country which has friendly ties with India, was registered against ISIS, Majeed and three other youngsters.
