The low pressure belt formed in the Arabian Sea is causing occasional rains in Mumbai. The minimum temperature at Colaba and Santacruz dipped to 23.8 and 22 degree Celsius. Panvel, Murud Alibaugh, etc in Raigad district have been receiving heavy rains since 8 am today. Mango and betel nut growers in the district are worried due to untimely rains. Rains have also been reported in Palghar and Satara district. </span><br />
