Mumbai: Special court grants interim bail to Ex-Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse's wife in money laundering case

<span style="color: #222222;">A special court in Mumbai has granted interim bail to former Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse's wife, Mandakini Khadase, in a money laundering case today. The Bombay High Court while hearing Mandakini Khadse's anticipatory bail plea had directed her to approach the trial court. While granting the bail, a special court ordered her not to leave the country without the court's permission, and she must record her attendance before the investigating officer when called. Former Minister Eknath Khadse, and his wife Mandakini Khadse, are being prosecuted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a money laundering case over a Pune land deal matter that took place in 2016. The case was lodged by the ED in 2019.</span><br />
