Mumbai put on hi-alert on militants disrupting during Ganesh Chaturthi & Eid festivals

Security has been beefed up in Mumbai and its suburbs after a high alert sounded by the Intelligence Bureau that two foreign militants have sneaked into the city to disrupt the celebration of Ganesh Festival and Eid. Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan as well as city police have urged people to remain vigilant during the festival. Joint Commissioner of Police Sudhanshu Roy told reporters that the suspected militants have been identified as Kalimoddin Khan and Hafiz Sharif. Police have also released photographs of these militants.
