Maharashtra government says a team of Mumbai police officials will be visiting United States to gather more information from American investigation agency about the U.S. terror suspect David Headley's role in Mumbai carnage in November last year. The announcement comes close on the heels of the Union Home Minister, Mr. P Chidambaram saying that a team of intelligence officials from IB and RAW who went to U.S. last week got good information. Police sources in Mumbai say that they are conducting a parallel inquiry into the Headley's terror activities. Our correspondent reports that Headley, a Pakistan born U.S. citizen believed to be a LeT terrorist was arrested by FBI last month for his alleged role in planning terror attacks in India.
