Mumbai: Organizations using advanced technology to safeguard employees from coronavirus

<span style="color: #222222;">Innovative concepts are being devised by organizations to safeguard their employees from the coronavirus . In one such example, one of the wards of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has made maximum use of advanced technology so that people do not touch any object inadvertently.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mumbai correspondent reports that in G-South ward office of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, the foot operated machine to operate the elevator in the building placed. A sensor based automatic thermometer similar to a thermal screening device has been also installed on the wall at the entrance of the building which measures the temperature.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Apart from this, the files which are brought into the office are being scanned and disinfected through UV rays. In addition to this, automatic sanitiser machines are being installed in the washrooms and they sanitise the place after a specific time period. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">An official from the civic body said the engineers of the MCGM have been credited for this feat. With this welcome change people from private sectors and corporate world are visiting this civic office as part of their study tour. </span> <br />
