India Meteorological Department has predicted heavy monsoon rain in parts of Mumbai in the next 48 hours. It said, the monsoon has arrived in Mumbai 24 hours earlier than predicted and it will cover Konkan, mid-Marathwada and Maharastra in next two to three days.<br/>
