Mumbai and its adjoining areas continued to receive heavy rainfall today. Water logging has been reported from many areas across the city including Dadar Hindmata and Matunga. Traffic has also been diverted in many places in the city. The city has received 43.1 mm of rainfall, the eastern suburbs 30.79 mm and the western suburbs 45.46 mm. The meteorological department has forecast heavy rains in Mumbai in the next 24 hours.<br />''<br />''  Meanwhile, a large portion of ground plus five storey residential structure collapsed in Mumbai's Fort area today afternoon. No injuries have been reported so far but some people are feared to be trapped under the debris. The incident took place around 4.43 pm at the Bhanushali building in Fort near Lucky House. Four fire engines and one rescue van have been sent to the spot and search operations are continuing. In another similar incident, at least four people were injured when a portion of a three-storey chawl collapsed in Malvani area in the western suburbs today at around 2.30pm. According to the fire brigade official, five to six people were trapped under the debris. Of them, four were rescued and sent to hospitals after being provided first aid. In Ardhapur taluka of Nanded district, due to torrential rain of 117 mm in Dabhad revenue board, Mendhala nallah has been flooded. Crops on the farm land on the banks of the nallah have been submerged and the connection to Shelgaon has been cut off. The river Asana is also overflowing.</span><br />
