The two organisations are trying to mitigate the suffering of patients' relatives due to covid lockdown. AIR correspondent reports that during the first lockdown, critical and unmanageable situation arose at hospitals.<br />”<br />”To be with patient for 8-9 hours with empty stomach is not a joke. But Patients relatives were busy to take care of them in hospitals. Mumbai Dabbawalas and CACR foundation observed non-availability of canteens and decided to provide free meals to the relatives of patients. <br />”<br />”Even though, there daily earning is only Rs. two hundred 66 per day which is get disturbed during lockdown they are continuously providing daily free food to 350 relatives of patients at KEM Hospital, 300 to Wadia and 120 relatives at Sayan Hospital of Mumbai Municipal corporation after second wave announced.<br />”<br />”Dashrath Kedar, Anantha Talekar, Rohidas Savant are from Dabbewala and Nitin Wadhvani from CACR foundation has taken initiative to distribute free food. </span><br />
