Seventeen months after the terrorists struck on India’s financial capital, the special court at Mumbai’s Arthur road jail will pronounce its verdict today on the fate of lone surviving 26/11 gunman Ajmal Kasab and two alleged Indian conspirators. On the eve of pronouncement of verdict in the 26/11 case, special public prosecutor Ujwal Nikkam said that enough evidence have been brought before the court to seal Kasab’s fate. Kasab is charged with waging war against the nation, hatching a criminal conspiracy and the murder of 166 people. That could lead to capital punishment.<br/>
