Sessions court in Mumbai today extended judicial custody of Pune-based stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan till 26th of this month. The court also adjourned Ali’s bail plea hearing till 26th. 53-year-old Hasan Ali was arrested by the agency on charges of stashing huge amounts of black money in banks abroad. He is also facing 70,000-crore rupees tax demand notice from the Income-Tax department. He is currently lodged in the high-security Arthur Road jail in Mumbai.
