Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced that Mumbai has become the first district to complete one crore vaccinations against COVID-19 in the country. According to the data published on the CoWin portal, Mumbai has administered a total of 1 crore 60 thousand 411 vaccine doses till Friday, covering 78 per cent of the adult population with at least one shot. <br />'' <br />''Mumbai has administered 72.74 lakh people with the first dose and 27.86 lakh with second dose.
