New Zealand declared their first innings on 324 for 7 against Mumbai at the Feroz Shah Kotla grounds in New Delhi on day one of their three day warm-up match today. In reply, Mumbai scored 29 for 1 in 13 overs at stumps. For the visitors, TWM Latham scored 55 and retired hurt while K.S.Willamson gathered 50 runs. This is the only warm up tie ahead of the three-Test series against India. The first Test begins in Kanpur on the 22nd of this month, the second on 30th September in Kolkata and the third on 8th October in Indore. New Zealand will also play five One-day internationals against India beginning 16th of next month at Dharamshala, Delhi, Mohali, Ranchi and Visakhapatnam.
