<span style="color: #222222;">30 veterans from the liberation war of Bangladesh known as Muktijoddhas and six serving Bangladesh Armed Forces officers, along with their companions are participating in the Vijay Diwas celebrations being held in Kolkata from 14-18 December 2019. Announcing this in a press release on Sunday, the Indian High Commission at Dhaka said that more than 400 Muktijoddhas from Bangladesh and 175 Indian veterans have joined the celebrations in Kolkata and Dhaka since it was started in 2005.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''This year the Bangladesh delegation is led by Shajahan Khan, MP. It also includes serving officers from Bangladesh Armed Forces and other prominent persons. The delegation will participate in a number of ceremonial functions with receptions being held in their honour. The delegation will also get an opportunity to interact with Indian veterans of the War during their visit.
