In Bangladesh, the Supreme Court today constituted a five-member bench for final appeal hearing in the murder trial of the country's founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman from tomorrow. The hearing starts eight and half years after 12 ex-Army officers were awarded death penalties in the case.Justice Mohammad Tafazzal Islam is to head the bench constituted by the Chief Justice M M Ruhul Amin.<br/>
