Yaum-e-Ashura or tenth Day of Muharram is being observed throughout the country today to commemorate the supreme sacrifice of the Imam Husain, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad. Tazia will be buried in symbolic Karbalas situated across the country on Monday. Majlis-e-shaam-e-ghariban will be held after the sunset and burial of tazia. In Uttar Pradesh, processions are being taken out throughout the state on Yaum-E-Ashura, the tenth day of Muharram. Elaborate security arrangements have been made in the state especially in sensitive areas. In Lucknow decorated Tazias and colorful replicas of Imam Hussein’s tomb at Kerbala are being carried in procession for burial at different Karbalas in the city. Shia community took out a large procession with Tazias from Nazim sahib Imamabara. In Meerut, Moradabad, Agra, Aligarh, Bareliy, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Alllahabad, Azamgarh and Varanasi extra police forces have been deployed to maintain law and order during the Tazia processions. No untoward incident has been reported from any where except Agra, where one minor incident of a clash between two groups was reported.<br/>
